Our principal designer has completed years college course work in, design principles & design elements, space planning, universal design practices, aging in place strategies and multi-generational living. She has created custom design elements exclusive to our client(s). She has tackled projects of all shapes and sizes. Currently we are now adding exteriors and hardscapes to the design build experience.
Our general contractor partner is a second-generation contractor who has taken on a wide range of projects including, total house lifts, moving of a homes, new custom homes, basements, historic renovation, renovations of all types and sizes. Our general contractor is versed in all building codes and standard building practices.

In the design build business model all the designing, budgeting and selections are done upfront. The client(s) are guided through this process by the design team. As a result there are clearer expectations and transparency over budget and timeline. Many items are selected/purchased and on site before the project even starts. leading to less delays and mistakes.
